cssDNA-LNP based Fully-human 4^th Generation In vivo Dual-targeting CAR Platform

With proprietary CD3/CD7 dual-targeting technology, the platform achieves site-specific integration delivery of fully-human 4th-generation dual-target CAR via circular single strand DNA-LNP. It addresses limitations of conventional ex-vivo manufacturing as well as the risk of random insertional mutagenesis associated with virus vector.

Fully-human Dual targeting Universal CAR Platform

These off-the-shelf, LNP-KO, fully-human, dual-targeting CAR-T cells are derived from healthy donors and indicated for autoimmune diseases involving T-cells and/or B-cells (plasma cells). A single batch can produce 500–1000 patient doses, delivering substantially lower manufacturing costs.
