Skye-01
Targets:CD19/CD20
Indication: B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)
Technology Platform: Fully-human Dual targeting 4th Generation QuickCAR Platform
Development Stage: IIT / Phase I
Skye-01 is the first pipeline product developed by Skye Medicine on the QuickCAR Platform. It targets dual antigens CD19 and CD20 and is intended for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment. To date, Skye-01 has completed core sequence screening, in vitro functional validation and in vivo efficacy testing. IIT/IND clinical filing preparation is in progress.

Skye-02
Targets: CD7/BCMA
Indication: Autoimmune diseases (Multiple Sclerosis (MS) / Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA))
Technology Platform: Fully-human Dual targeting Universal CAR Platform
Development Stage:IIT / Phase I
Skye-02 is built on the Universal CAR Platform. It employs an off-the-shelf dual-target CAR-T strategy derived from healthy donors to target multiple immune cells, and is intended for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. Leveraging dual-target CAR structure optimization and CRISPR-Cas9 gene-editing potentiation, this pipeline aims to deliver effective and accessible cellular immunotherapy options for patients with autoimmune disorders.

Skye-03
Targets: BCMA/GPRC5D/FCRH5
Indication:Multiple Myeloma (MM)
Technology Platform: LVV-based Fully-human 4th Generation In vivo Dual-targeting CAR Platform
Skye-03 is developed on the LVV route of the In vivo CAR Platform. Engineered lentiviral vectors enable direct in vivo delivery of CAR genes into T cells. It is intended for the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Skye-04
Targets:CD19/CD20
Indication: B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL)
Technology Platform: In vivo CAR Platform —cssDNA-LNP based Fully-human 4th Generation In vivo Dual-targeting CAR Platform
Skye-04 is developed on the cssDNA-LNP route of the In vivo CAR Platform. It adopts an innovative tLNP targeted delivery strategy together with T-cell metabolic reprogramming technology, and is intended for the treatment of multiple myeloma.
